MARIA ELENA MARSO

Maria-Elena Marso is the Artistic Director and founder of Florida Aerial Dance & Circus Arts, LLC, a leading youth circus and after-school program serving the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach counties. Her performance career spans four decades and six continents, with credits including regional ballet companies, dinner theaters, summer stock and repertory productions, Busch Gardens, European tours, Cunard Cruise Lines, and Walt Disney World Productions in Tokyo, Japan.

Maria-Elena has taught Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acting, and Musical Theatre to hundreds of students across the country, including at the renowned Adderley School for the Performing Arts in Santa Barbara and Pacific Palisades, and with The San Diego Civic Dance Association. For the past decade, she has been proud to teach at the Performing Arts Academy of Jupiter, continuing to inspire and mentor young artists.

After nearly 30 years of teaching the Performing Arts, her passion and focus are dedicated to Aerial Dance and Circus Arts. She is a member of the American Youth Circus Organization (AYCO/ACE) and certified through the prestigious Nimble Arts Program at the New England Center for Circus Arts (NECCA).
