Madeline murray

Madeline is a theatre educator and stage/production manager who believes the best learning happens when creativity is supported with guidance, encouragement, and care. A graduate of Florida State University, she holds degrees in Psychology and Theatre, specializing in Stage and Production Management.

Along with teaching at PAAJ, she currently works as the Festival Services & Venues Manager for the Rochester Fringe Festival, supporting venue operations, festival services, and guest relations across a large, multi-venue arts event. She has also served as the drama teacher at Martin County High School, where she guided students through performance, technical theatre, and full productions while building confidence, responsibility, and teamwork.

As an educator, she is committed to creating a welcoming and well organized learning environment where students feel supported as they explore, learn, and grow. She emphasizes industry standard practices while helping students develop leadership, accountability, and collaboration skills, preparing them not only for theatre, but for success beyond the stage.
